What services do you offer?

We provide salon suites for RN injectors, hairstylists, lash techs, nail techs, braiders, PMU artists, and tattoo artists.

Where are you located?

We are located in beautiful Lake County, Central Florida. Lumi salon suites is in Fruitland Park, FL. A few short minutes from Leesburg and The Villages. Also a quick trip from Orlando, Fl.

What are the suite features?

Our suites provide a modern, upscale environment with premium amenities and incentives tailored for beauty professionals. All suites have a lockable frosted glass door. Perfect for adding your business details!

How can I book a suite?

To book a suite, contact us directly through our website, Instagram, or call/text the owner, Erin, at 352.999.1944.

Are there any perks?

Yes, we offer many incentives and perks for our suite renters to enhance their business experience. A few amenities include:

  • 2 weeks Free Rent for Vacation

  • A complimentary branding photoshoot

  • 1/2 your first month's rent

  • Breakroom with coffee bar and fridge

  • Mom/kid friendly

What is included in rent?

Rent includes water, electric, trash, common area cleaning, and free WiFi for your customers as well. There are never any extra fees or taxes.

Do I need to be licensed?

Yes. You need to be licensed with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR). License must be current and active.

After signing a lease with Lumi, you'll need to apply for a Cosmo 6 salon license through DBPR. The cost is $95.

We also require you to purchase General Liability insurance. It's not very expensive and can be easily purchased online. We recommend SimplyBusiness.
